Reflection on Teamwork and Group Collaboration during Trail

We thought that we had average teamwork during the trail in general.

There were a few conflicts caused by not handing the assigned tasks on time to the group leader, Glenna as there was a misunderstanding. Jeanette, who agreed that she will hand in her task on time, did not do so and did not explain why. After Glenna asked Jeanette why, she then explain that it was because she was overseas and is going to be overseas for the rest of June and was unable to find time to do the task. Though some of them were quite annoyed at the fact that Jeanette did not explain her reason for being unable to do the task, she did her task the moment she came back to Singapore and the conflict was resolved.

We had to go and film on 2 different days because the first time, we were unable to finish filming all locations due to time constraints. We tried to accommodate everyone as everyone was very busy during the holidays or e-learning week, so the first time we went to film, during the June holidays, there were only 3 members, Faith, Lyn, and Glenna who went to film. Luckily for us, the second time, during the e-learning week, we had all the members with us to film and we worked well together!

Unfortunately, we did not finish filming even on the second day. Thus, we met up on a Sunday to film, where 5 out of 6 of us (we had a new member, Ashley) were free to film. However, Jeanette backed out last minute on the day itself and only 4 of us came instead. However, her attendance was crucial because she was the one that needed to film.

So, we went to the place after school for another time.. And thankfully, we finished filming this time round!

Other than that, it was sad to say most of us did not hand up the assigned tasks on time. When assigned, only 2 of us handed it up on time.. It was pretty tough trying to chase them for the tasks.

Furthermore, we also had some conflicts within the team due to Jeanette backing out last minute and not handing up the tasks.

Eventually, everyone handed in their work, which was good!
